ZeroStake FAQ

Questions about ZeroStake.

Short answers about Indian market coverage, virtual orders, options, replay, results and downloads.

What is ZeroStake?

ZeroStake is a paper trading app for Indian markets. It combines virtual orders, charts, option tools, historical replay, P&L records and a trade journal.

Does ZeroStake place real trades?

No. Orders use virtual funds and stay inside the simulator. Nothing is sent to a broker or exchange.

Which markets can I use?

You can use available NSE and BSE stocks, indices and derivatives, plus selected MCX futures and options. Coverage can vary by instrument, data availability and app version.

Which order controls are included?

ZeroStake includes buy and sell orders, market and limit entries, after-market orders, and stop loss, target and trailing stop controls where they apply.

What can I see in the option chain?

The option chain can show strikes, OI, change in OI, volume, IV, bid-ask prices and Greeks. You can also compare multi-leg baskets and payoff estimates.

What does Trade on Chart do?

It keeps the chart, order controls and open position on the same screen, so you can place or adjust a virtual trade without leaving the chart.

How does Replay Trading work?

Replay Trading lets you run selected past NIFTY 50, BANK NIFTY and SENSEX futures and options sessions candle by candle. You control the speed and place trades manually as the session unfolds.

What can I check after a trade?

You can check orders, positions, holdings, P&L, estimated charges and performance measures, then add notes in the trade journal.

Will the results match live trading?

Not exactly. Data, fills, charges, margins, options values and P&L are estimates. Live prices and execution can differ.

Where can I download ZeroStake?

Download it from Google Play on Android or the App Store on iPhone and iPad.
