Indian Option Chain Practice

Read Indian option chains strike by strike.

Start with NIFTY 50, BANK NIFTY, FINNIFTY, MIDCAP SELECT or SENSEX, or switch to selected MCX contracts. Compare calls and puts around ATM, choose the expiry, and show only the option data you need.

  • Switch between Indian index and selected MCX option chains
  • Compare OI, OI change, buildup, PCR, IV, Greeks, volume and bid-ask data
  • Open any available call or put contract on the chart

OI, PCR and option estimates describe available data; they do not predict direction. Orders in ZeroStake use virtual funds.

Calls, puts and strikes

Compare calls and puts around the ATM strike.

Index coverage includes NIFTY 50, BANK NIFTY, FINNIFTY, MIDCAP SELECT and SENSEX. Selected MCX coverage includes Crude Oil, Gold, Silver, Natural Gas, Copper and Zinc.

Strike and expiry

Find the strikes around ATM.

Keep calls and puts side by side, move through nearby strikes and change the expiry before opening a contract.

OI and PCR

Compare OI and OI change across strikes.

Open interest, OI change, buildup and put-call ratio make activity across strikes easier to compare.

Columns

Choose how much data to show.

Use a simple chain or add IV, Delta, Theta, Gamma, Vega, volume, bid, ask, price change and other available columns.
